Evan is a Chartered Surveyor with over five years’ experience across a breadth of markets, including Hong Kong, South-West England, and South Wales where he worked for global practices including Knight Frank, Cushmans, and Colliers International. He specialises in disposals and acquisitions for international and local investors and occupiers, and has experience in Landlord & Tenant and Development Consultancy fields. A member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS), Evan also holds a BSc (Hons) in Real Estate and Planning. When not as his desk you will find him captaining Jersey Rugby Club, or excelling at one of many other sports.
