Phil joined the company in 2015 and led the management buyout of BNP Paribas Real Estate (Jersey) Limited in 2017. He specialises in advising on investment projects, leveraging his extensive experience, contacts, and knowledge of finance (including more complex methods such as forward funding and income strips), and asset management to maximise returns for clients. Phil has over 25 years of investment and asset management experience, having worked as an Investment Director for a UK-based private property company, and for CBRE and Mason Philips. A member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS), he holds a BSC (Hons) in Urban Estate Management, and is an RICS Registered Valuer. Away from the office Phil enjoys sailing, long distance running, fishing, cricket, and the outdoors.
