Available 24/7, this service supports any specific repairs or issues within the Landlord’s common areas.
Once a report is logged, a suitable contractor, working to defined KPIs, will be instructed. Their performance and response will be overseen by our Facilities Manager (FM). The FM is automatically notified upon the raising and completion of a task, allowing the KPI to be measured.
