D2RE have recently completed the sales of 2-4 King Street (formerly Burton) and 40 King Street (formerly Top Shop) acting for the administrators of the previous owner. Unsurprisingly given the prime, prominent nature of the properties significant interest was generated and over 25 viewings undertaken. The high level of interest and number of offers received for both properties demonstrates the strength of the local retail market.
