Phil, Chris and Alex have a combined experience of over 60 years in providing expert strategic and tactical advice on the buying, selling, asset management and development of commercial property.
The team is unique as they have been directors of investment companies, so are used to identifying opportunities and taking decisions in a client capacity. They understand the challenges that clients face, whether it be financing, interest rate hedging or asset management initiatives. They have first-hand experience in some of the more complicated acquisition methods, such as forward fundings, sale and leasebacks and “income strips”.
The team are 100% focused on achieving a successful outcome for our clients and have been involved in some of the largest transactions in The Channel Islands.
The team take a long-term view and will often work throughout the course of a project’s life, helping clients solve problems, add value and achieve the optimum outcome. The team is backed up by their experienced colleagues in the real estate lettings and landlord and tenant business lines.
