Being the largest commercial property managers in the Channel Islands, property management is an essential part of our business.
Our goal is to ensure that the properties we manage are compliant in terms of risk mitigation, asset management initiatives are followed, rental returns are maximised, tenants are satisfied, and the property is “ready for sale”.
To achieve this, we implement a number of initiatives – including planned preventative maintenance schedules – and ensure that our service providers/contractors have signed up to our KPIs (key performance indicators) to guarantee that their work is monitored. We undertake regular tenant surveys and our full-time Facilities Managers in both Jersey and Guernsey are on hand to deal with tenant issues quickly and efficiently.
We aim to provide the first-class services that are essential to the management of real estate assets, utilising the entire group’s know-how through our Alliance with BNP Paribas to improve the profitability and long-term value of investments, while reducing the cost of assets and maximising the quality of work environments.
Our management portfolio is the largest in the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man, with over £400 million under management. In 2018 we were awarded the mandate to manage the Channel Island Property Fund portfolio.
