We have broad experience of international valuation methods and work closely with the BNP Paribas team in London through our Alliance. We act for all of the main banks on Guernsey and Jersey.
We have procedures in place regarding ethics and confidentiality to provide our clients with independence and transparency, always following RICS Practice Statements and having regard to their published Guidance Notes.
We are the only real estate consultancy to have RICS qualified valuers on both Jersey and Guernsey. Currently, our team comprises four registered valuers.
