Bob is a Chartered Surveyor with over 25 years of experience spanning property, asset, and facilities management. He brings a deep wealth of international commercial property expertise to the team. Before relocating to the Channel Islands, Bob spent eight years working in the Middle East. This included seven years as part of the senior leadership team at Qatar Airways, where he optimized financial returns for the airline’s global commercial portfolio across 172 international locations—overseeing the management, acquisition and divestment of commercial properties, land, and call centres. He previously spent 16 years in London managing and advising on prime city assets for blue-chip institutional clients, including Hermes, BlackRock, and Shaftesbury Capital. Outside of work, Bob enjoys spending time with his family, road cycling, fundraising, watching live sports, travel, and the great outdoors.
