Evan Whitson
Background
Evan joined D2RE in June 2022 and brings over 4 years of diverse property experience to the firm. Prior to relocating to Jersey, he was working for Knight Frank Hong Kong focusing on Tenant Representation across the Hong Kong Island office leasing market. Before moving to Asia, Evan worked for Colliers International and Cushman & Wakefield in the South-West England and South Wales commercial property markets.
Experience
Evan’s experience to date has been focused on the agency sector, specialising in disposals and acquisitions on behalf international and local investors and occupiers. Alongside this, Evan’s gained a breath of experience in Landlord & Tenant and Development Consultancy fields.

Skills/hobbies
Evan is an avid sportsman, playing locally for Jersey Rugby Club and he enjoys keeping fit through various sports and outdoor activities that the Jersey lifestyle offers. Alongside this he enjoys cooking and is a trained barista.
