Jonathan is a Senior Facilities Manager for D2 Real Estate in Jersey, managing the delivery of effective, compliant Facilities Management services for the full portfolio of managed buildings. Jonathan joined D2 Real Estate in October 2025 and is responsible for overseeing the IFC buildings in Jersey as well as The Waterfront commercial properties. His 20 years plus construction related background and property management in Jersey bring a practical approach to managing and maintaining facilities, as well as commercial awareness from his Quantity Surveying training to oversee budgeting and spend forecasts. A keen hiker, he enjoys travel, general fitness and more recently motorbiking with a desire to combine these exploring Europe.
