Kester is the Facilities Manager for D2 Real Estate. He responsible for managing the delivery of an effective and compliant Facilities Management service through in-house staff, suppliers and consultants, covering all elements of hard and soft services for the full portfolio of managed buildings.
His background is in process and operations management within the local logistics and fulfilment industries.
Kester has 20 years’ experience managing a variety of teams and implementing new processes.
In previous roles, he was the Health and Safety Officer for BNP Paribas, accountable for the induction and training of 300 staff to ensure a safe and compliant workplace. He has completed the ACAS Investigation and Mediation courses.

Kester is determined to provide the best in class facilities management, ensuring that the buildings under management are compliant, presentable and ultimately “ready for sale”, with happy tenants and landlords.
In his spare time, Kester enjoys spending time with his wife and three children, watching a variety of sports and is into a wide range of music from rock to rap.
