Olie Dorman
Background
Having grown up in Jersey, Olie moved to the UK to study before qualifying with Knight Frank in Aberdeen. He recently moved back to the island and has joined D2 as a general practice surveyor, providing valuation, agency and lease advisory services across the Channel Islands. His experience to date has been largely valuation based, and his main focus will be on valuation work, particularly for secured lending purposes.
Experience
Olie started his career in Aberdeen, Scotland and, after a year at the local Assessor’s office, spent 4 years at Knight Frank where his focus was on valuation and professional work. He has provided valuation advice to some of the major banks as well as institutional and corporate clients.
He relocated to Jersey in 2021 and joined D2 Real Estate in February 2022.

Skills
Olie has gained experience in both the UK and Channel Islands across a range of service lines including valuation, commercial agency and advisory. His main focus has been the valuation of commercial property for purposes including loan security, financial reporting and purchase advice.
In his spare time, Olie enjoys playing 5-a-side football, cooking and eating good food, and spending time with his family.
