Teresa has over 25 years of industry experience in the commercial property sector. She previously worked for two of South Africa’s leading listed property funds Investec Property Fund and Growthpoint Properties (largest South African primary REIT), before immigrating to the UK in 2021.

Her diverse background equips her with a solid understanding of property fundamentals and the ability to efficiently manage properties on a daily basis and in addition execute on the more strategic asset management initiatives. She has managed large asset portfolios across multiple asset classes, optimising property performance.
