All the assets are let to Van Mossel Automotive Group B.V for a 15-year term (no break clauses) with 3-yearly index-linked rent reviews. Van Mossel, a leading automotive group in Europe, recorded a revenue for 2022 of €2.8bn, which was a 17% increase compared to the previous year.
In addition to the income security the sites themselves are in prime locations so have a strong residual value. Not surprisingly given their prominence and local demographic leading brands are represented, including Bentley, Aston Martin, BMW, Mercedes and Porsche etc.
