D2’s property management team is expanding as we have appointed Teresa Da Costa as a Director in our Guernsey office. Teresa has worked in senior asset management positions for major global funds, such as Investec Property Fund (REIT) and Growthpoint Properties Limited (REIT) in South Africa.
