D2 Real Estate are delighted to have appointed Alex Titheridge (MRICS) as Managing Director of their Guernsey office.
Alex was formerly a Director at Colliers International in the National Capital Markets team. He already has an excellent knowledge of The Channel Islands, and highlights include the sale of Trafalgar Court, Guernsey, one of the largest investment transactions to have ever traded in The Channel Islands and in 2020 he advised the buyer on St Julian’s Court, Guernsey.
Guernsey is a key area of growth for the company and with Alex joining our team will consolidate our position as the No. 1 commercial property advisor in The Channel Islands.
