D2 Real Estate have been involved in another landmark transaction in the Channel Islands having acted as sole letting agent for Jersey Development Company in the pre-letting of the majority of IFC6 to The Aztec Group.

The Channel Islands have proved to be incredibly resilient throughout the Pandemic and Aztec committing to an institutional lease on 50,000 sq.ft is testament to this.
