Seaton Place has appointed D2 Real Estate in Jersey to act as managing agent of Gaspe House and 27 Esplanade, both landmark offices in the heart of St Helier’s financial services district.
The buildings extend to in excess of 230,000 square feet and occupiers include Royal Bank of Canada, IQ-EQ, JTC and Saltgate.
Grant Irvine, Head of Property Management at D2RE, said in a statement: “We are thrilled to have been trusted with the management of these trophy assets and to add them to the portfolio we look after.
