Background

James joined D2 in 2023 and is based in Guernsey as an Assistant Facilities Manager

Experience

James was previously self-employed and ran a successful landscaping business employing two members of staff as well as organising numerous subcontractors. He has always had a keen interest in Real Estate and has finally decided to pursue it.

Qualifications

A levels in Business Studies, Biology, Geography and Maths.

Key Strengths

James is great at building and maintaining relationships and has strong people management skills. He also has a hunger to learn and increase his knowledge.

Hobbies

James loves all things wood (having previously run his own tree surgery business) He can be found milling beams to whittling key rings in his spare time as well as raising pigs on his small holding.
